What It’s Like to Come See Me for a Nutrition Consultation

Coming to a consultation with me is not like going to the health store for a protein shake.
I’m not going to smile and tell you, “cut out gluten and dairy” and send you off on your way.
When you come to me… it’s for a conversation.
Not just with me — but with what your body is trying to tell you.
We start by speaking with your body. Through questionnaires.
Before we meet, I’ll send you detailed questionnaires.
They’re not just a formality — they’re like an interview with your body.
The symptoms tell stories.
Your habits whisper to me.
The foods you avoid give me clues.
It’s as if I get the chance to sit down and have tea with your inner biochemistry.
Then I take time. I don’t work with templates.
I prepare your plan individually, based on what you’ve shared with me and what your body is telling me.
Sometimes I suggest very gentle changes.
Other times — more noticeable ones.
But always: with empathy, realism, and respect for your rhythm.
I won’t turn your world upside down unless you’re ready.
I believe in small steps with big impact.
I don’t expect perfection. I expect curiosity. Openness.
And the willingness to start somewhere.
Sometimes, the greatest healing begins from the simplest new habit.
A different breakfast. A little protein.
Fewer things “just in case.”
Less guilt. More breath.
Two weeks later, we check in.
We talk again.
We adjust things.
We notice how the body responds.
And we keep going.
I’m here for your process.
For the moments when you feel great and for the moments when nothing seems to be working.
Because I believe:
When the body feels safe and listened to, it starts to heal.
And this is exactly the space I want to offer you.
Not to “fix you.”
Not to give you a list of rules.
Not to make you feel like you’ve failed every time you eat chocolate.
But to walk with you.
To support you with knowledge, structure, and care.
To remind you that your body is not against you. It’s simply trying to speak.
And my role is to help you hear it —
gently, clearly, and with love.
With trust in your body's wisdom:
Elina
